David and his team renovated my house for 6–8 weeks in June/July 2022. I remained resident throughout. They were very sensitive to this and did their best to keep me as comfortable as possible. He is highly organised. All materials were ordered well in advance, and extra tradesmen lined up. His workforce is considerate, friendly and well disciplined. Although he had quoted for the job a year in advance and costs had risen since then, no extra payment was requested.He did not ask for any money in advance and final payment was not requested until all snagging and cleaning was completed. Communication was also easy. He either picks up straightaway or rings back as soon as he can. If you want a brisk, trouble – free and totally positive experience, David is your man. Excellent service all round.

Everything you could want in a builder - professional, punctual, hard working and with an obsessive eye for detail. First day, turned up bang on time with a small army! Nothing was too much trouble for them, even with my endless questions and requests. I don't often recommend companies, but I recommend these guys unreservedly. A month long rebuild of my kitchen went so smoothly and the quality of finish is exceptional. Even my dog loved them!
Not the cheapest in terms of cost, but worth every single penny and more. I only wish I had more money available to get them to do more renovations for me!

It needed a lot of work with a wide variety of trades and it was always going to be difficult to specify what needed to be done up front. We needed rewiring, plumbing, roof work, doors, internal changes, bathrooms, ceilings, plastering, decorating, chimney repairs to name a few things.
David took this all in his stride and got everything done very professionally.

We had Dave and his team in to extend our kitchen into the garden taking out the conservatory. Well what can I say absolutely delighted with everything start to finish, he managed to fit us in on short notice straight after christmas. They arrived on time everyday as I needed to check in with him before I left for work, his team were extremely tidy for builders sweeping at the end of everyday etc. Workmanship and attention to detail is excellent we had custom folding doors that Dave fitted completely that saved us money not having to employ another window fitter. We had a wonderful kitchen renovation done recently. David and his team started on the day promised and came every day until it was completed. He is a perfectionist so made sure everything was completed professionally and to a high standard. He will not be your lowest quote but you often get what you pay for and with DNT you will get a quality job. Unlike many builders he listens to you and does what you want without any fuss or bother. We subsequently used DNT to renovate our interior doors and the exterior of our home and will be using them again in the future and would thoroughly recommend him.

I highly recommend the workmanship provided by DNT Property Services. In January, I decided it was time to update my downstairs toilet and wet-room so requested a free quotation and was delighted with the quick response and detailed written quote that David provided. The project was overseen by David throughout and included installation of all plumbing, sanitary ware, tiling, electrics and specialist wet-room flooring. The service was to an impeccable standard, and the house was left spotless at the end of each day, it was hard to believe that building work was being carried out when I got home. I cannot fault David’s polite and punctual service each day, I felt extremely at ease to ask him anything with regards to the job and should I require any building work in the future I will be giving him a call and will continue to recommend his services to my friends and family.
